Booking Policy

This policy applies to bookings for five or more guests. It sits alongside our Terms & Conditions and does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

To secure your booking, we require a £20 deposit per person for bookings of five or more guests. The deposit must be paid in advance, in cash at the restaurant, to confirm your reservation.

Deposit and cancellation terms

• Advance payment: a deposit of £20 per person is required for bookings of five or more guests, paid in cash at the restaurant.
• Taken off your bill: the deposit is deducted from your final bill on the night, so it is part of what you pay for your meal, not an extra charge.
• Non-refundable deposits: deposits are non-refundable if a guest cancels or fails to attend, subject to any applicable legal rights.
• Changes to bookings: we understand that plans can change. If you need to amend your booking, please contact us as soon as possible so we can discuss the available options.

Why we have this policy

As a small business with limited seating, every reservation is important to us. Late cancellations and no-shows can mean that tables remain empty and other customers miss the opportunity to dine with us.

This policy helps us manage our bookings fairly, minimise losses, and continue providing the best possible experience for all our guests.

By making a booking for five or more guests and paying the deposit, you acknowledge and agree to these booking terms.
