These terms cover your use of 7eventy1.com and set out the published conditions that apply to our menus, bookings and gift vouchers. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

You are welcome to use this site to read about the restaurant, browse our menus and find us. Please do not misuse it — that includes attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with how it works, or scraping it at a volume that affects other visitors.
The words, photographs and design on this site belong to 71 LTD or are used with permission. You may share links to any page freely. Please ask before reproducing our photographs elsewhere.
We keep the menus on this site as current as we can, but dishes change with the seasons and with what our suppliers can get. Prices shown are for dining in unless the page says otherwise; takeaway prices may differ. The price you are charged is the price in force when you order.
Every price shown includes everything you have to pay for that dish. We do not add a service charge, a cover charge or a booking fee.
Our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, gluten and mustard, and dishes are prepared in a shared space, so we cannot guarantee that any dish is free from a given allergen. Please tell us about any allergy or intolerance when you book or order, and again when you arrive, so the kitchen can advise you properly.
You cannot order or pay through this website. Bookings and collection orders are taken by telephone on 017683 53550 or 017683 52225, or in person.
We are cash only. We do not accept cards. There are free cash machines on Boroughgate, a short walk from the restaurant.
Takeaway is collection only from 9 Bridge Street, Appleby-in-Westmorland, Cumbria CA16 6QH. We do not deliver and we are not on any delivery platform. Collection orders of £10 or more receive 15% off the total.
If you need to cancel or change a booking, please ring as far ahead as you can so we can offer the table to someone else.
Bookings for five or more guests need a £20 per person deposit, paid in advance in cash at the restaurant and taken off the final bill. The full policy is on our Booking Policy page.
Gift vouchers are £20 each and are bought by telephone or in person. They have no expiry date. They can be put towards any dine-in meal or collection order at 7eventy1, more than one may be used against the same bill, and they are not exchangeable for cash. We cannot replace a lost or stolen voucher.
Where we link to Google Maps, TripAdvisor, Instagram, Facebook or any other site, those sites are outside our control and have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content.
We take care over the information on this site but cannot promise it is complete or error-free at every moment, and we do not accept liability for any loss arising from reliance on it.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the moment you use the site is the one that applies, and the date below tells you when it last changed.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
